Ekiga or other Linux webcam chat software

I've got the camera working and would like to try out a chat app with it. Ekiga can pull video in the preview window but seems to crash during video (or audio) calls so I think the problem is in the arm version, not our PengPod camera setup.

Any one know something else I should try or have experience with Ekiga?
