Ok, so with the batch file just submitted to Amazon almost all the perks wihtout pengpods have shipped. We have one more set of mostly just SD card perks that didn't make the post office today in time. If by tomorrow your Perk hasn't shipped you are most likely in one of three categories
1) You have a PengStick in your perks
2) You are outside the US and didn't cover the international shipping
3) You requested an invoice for an additional item and haven't paid it yet.
We are going to be sending notices to groups 2 and 3 on Friday. Also there has been a patch posted on the community mailing list that we think will fix up the PengStick images.
We have shipped a few Pre-orders so far but we are trying to get a big batch out tomorrow. We should have a better handle on the inventory situation tomorrow and will post an update then.
Some sort of a general ballpark statement of delivery date would be in order. This open ended situation is simply unheard of and not sustainable from a customer service perspective. I want to see you succeed but this is not satisfactory, people commit money to a purchase, they want to at least get an acknowledgment that they're getting what they ordered on a given date. Thank you for your consideration.
