Because of the previously mentioned wifi issue popping up, we lost some time here.  We had lots of devices and SD cards ready to go Sunday but instead had to stop, reflash and recheck them all.  We are pretty much done and are now shipping again.  So it will probably be another day or two before any of the remaining perks are either all shipped or notified of why not.  Amazon is also holding 10 of the PengPod1000 shipments in limbo while investigating a bug in their flat file submission software.  It took almost 8 messages and finally 2 screen shots to convince them 178 != 168.  So if you are one of those 10 affected, sorry, it should be soon.


One last thing, if you placed a pre-order or order on the shop.pengpod.com site and want to cancel for any reason, please just email us about it.  Assuming you haven't shipped we will happily refund within 24 hours, no fuss, no muss.  We have had a few people submit disputes without asking first and we just want to make sure everybody knows.

    Pre-order pengpods = perks pengpods ?

    I need my pengpod for monday the 18. If you could send the pengpod 700 before this weekend it would be great!

    preorders are not perks ....perks are during the crowed fund . im still waiting on mine from the perks crowdfund, still no shipping notice. so might be little before pre orders go out. soon tho id hope

    I'm confused about the difference. I think I originally ordered my pengpod during the crowdfund - back in December. Then in January I got an email saying they were ready to accept payment, so I paid. Now it's the middle of February and I still don't have a pengpod or an email telling me it's shipped. :(

    i didnt receive a notice but today i got my pengpod 700 so only a matter of time im having the wifi issue but ill install the driver later soo happy now waiting on keyboard for it n some others thx pengpod :)
